|Recommended: YesOur new apartment — The grounds are very clean and inviting. The laundry room is clean and the washers and dryers work. You don't need extra change to get clean or dry laundry. The staff are very friendly and so helpful in finding you a place to call home. My kids and I highly recommend looking here to find your new home. Five star rating all around.

|Recommended: YesAn Honest Review — Most of the time, you hear horror stories about landlords and corrupt complexes simply trying to make a quick buck out of you at every corner. Thankfully, I can 100 say in my experience that Dabco isn't that way. The rent is more than reasonable, the location is perfect, the apartments are clean, and overall it's a perfect first apartment for young adults. The ladies in the front office are incredibly kind and understanding and are amazing at their jobs. The maintenance and groundskeepers are no different, and they are professional and reliable when it comes to any issues you might have.
I live in a single-bedroom apartment in the Emerald Downs Complex, and in terms of the apartment ITSELF, I would give it a 9.5 10. Personally, I am in love with my apartment and have yet to see anything in Pullman that has beaten its quality for its price. Of course, there are brand new apartments that you might see on the cover of a magazine, but living there would cost you an arm and a leg. These apartments are clean, well-kept, and honestly a little too good to be true compared to rent.
Now, why did I say it's a 9.5 10 instead of a 10 10 The kitchen sink is too shallow and there isn't any air conditioning. Now, in the grand scheme of things, these are VERY minor offenses and the A C is easily solved. While there might not be an A C, you bet the heaters work I only leave one heater on in the winter, and within an hour the entire apartment is nice and cozy. The kitchen sink being too shallow is mostly a gripe when it comes to doing dishes, but there is a garbage disposal in the sink that makes things better. Other than those 2 things, I can honestly say there is nothing else I can find to complain about.
As a naturally skeptical and pessimistic person, getting my first apartment while going to college seemed like a universally-miserable experience. My stay at this apartment quickly became a place I was proud to call my home, and I thank my lucky stars that I chose Emerald Downs. I recommend their apartments to nearly everyone I know and encourage anyone looking for an apartment to check out Dabco.
